A nonprofit organization that is the recognized convener of regional workforce development efforts.  Their staff are dedicated to the development of a workforce system that supports business, industry, and all levels of employers and job seekers.

Passport to Careers
Is a program that helps Washington students who have been homeless or in foster care prepare for careers. Eligible students can get money to put toward the costs of earning a college certificate or degree, or to help pay for job training through a pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship program.
