A Gathering Spot 
Need a place to host a celebration or perhaps a meeting? Citizens, organizations, and groups can rent the Burlington Community Center in whole or part.


Non-Profit or Government Organizations
Non-profit or government organizations looking for meeting space can find information about the reduced rental fees on page 4 of the Community Center Rental Guidelines.

Senior Center
The Burlington Senior Center operates its services in the community building weekly, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. The center is not available to rent during this time. 

Floor Plan & Fees
The center offers four separate rooms for rent. Rooms vary in size and price. Click on each of the rooms listed below to view photos, floor plans, rental guidelines and more details. 


The largest of the four rooms with capacity for 150 people, the Community Hall is used for a variety of functions from meeting space to weddings and receptions. 
 
This large room fits up to 100 guests. Full-lite entry doors open onto Maiben Park and offer an option for private entry and access to the Maiben picnic shelters. 



This room seats up to 30 people with plenty of counter space and a small 'bar' sink.


This meeting space for small groups seats up to 20 people comfortably.
