ArtsWA The Washington State Department of Commerce and the Washington Arts Commission have partnered to provided federal CARES Act funding to art and cultural organizations impacted by COVID-19. Grants are available up to $10,000 each, no funding match is required.
The Burlington Chamber of Commerce COVID-19 Resources page has great information for small businesses trying to access the Families First Coronavirus Response Act sick, medical, and family leave and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act programs. They have also included a list of services that are available in the Burlington area, where you can access free Wi-Fi, public restrooms, parks, golf courses, and restaurants providing take out.
Business.wa.gov offers small business guidance during the Coronavirus outbreak, from information on loans to what qualifies as an essential business.
Candid Learning is resource to find emergency financial resources to help with COVID-19 hardships, for nonprofits, individuals, artists (all disciplines), and small businesses.
Childcare Providers: Skagit County is working with the Northwest Center for Child Care Retention and Expansion, a division of the Opportunity Council, to administer the grant program. To qualify, a childcare provider must be licensed in the State of Washington, located in Skagit County, provide less than 50 slots for kids, and be currently open and operational. Providers must also be able to prove businesses losses (revenue) and business interruption (lower enrollment) due to COVID-19. The grant will award up to $15,000 to any one provider, based on a number of criteria. Detailed application information can be found in English here and Spanish here.

Financial Help for Shellfish Growers Washington state is the leading U.S. producer of farmed oysters and clams. Declining exports and restaurant sales due to COVID-19 have hit growers hard. The state departments of Commerce and Agriculture have partnered to provide $300,000 in emergency grants for seeds and larvae.
Grant Station has current funding opportunities for those affected by COVID-19. Just a note on filtering the Grant Station grant opportunities, do not use too many filters. Stick with North America and USA to see what you can use. If you narrow it down to Washington or more, it will be too specific, and won't return any grant opportunities.

Technical assistance for minority and non-English speaking business owners Non-English speaking and other multi-ethnic small business owners are closing at disproportionately higher rates due to COVID-19. These business owners now have more places to seek help. Commerce has partnered with 20 organizations across the state to providing targeted technical assistance to help with access to funding and other help.
